Printing Instructions:

To ensure your ID cards are printed at the correct physical size:

1. Click the "Print / Download PDF" button to open your browser's print dialog.
2. Set the Destination to "Save as PDF" or select your printer.
3. Crucial: Set Scale to "Default" or "100%". Do NOT use "Fit to Page".
4. Set Margins to "None" or "Minimum".
5. Enable Background Graphics in the options to ensure the design elements are visible.
